•       All frozen products must be stored at the appropriate temperature upon receipt. Cook Mania is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

4. Orders & Pricing

•       All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.

•       Cook Mania reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

•       You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

•       We reserve the right to limit quantities per order.

5. Payment

•       We accept all major payment methods as listed at checkout.

•       Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

•       Cook Mania uses secure payment processing. We do not store your payment card information.

6. Delivery

•       Cook Mania delivers within Egypt only.

•       Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order volume.

•       A delivery fee may apply based on your location and order size.

•       You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for frozen items.

•       Cook Mania is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.).

All content on the Cook Mania website, including logos, images, text, and product descriptions, is the property of Cook Mania and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Cook Mania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
