Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your frozen chicken and beef stock products safely and promptly while maintaining their quality and temperature integrity. All orders are packed and shipped using insulated packaging and temperature-controlled handling.

1. Order Processing Time

We deliver to New Cairo and Central Cairo within one hour , and for the rest of Cairo and Giza, we deliver within 1-2 business days

  • Orders placed after [Specify your cutoff time, 1:00 AM Cairo Time] will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Method and Timeline

We use our dedicated, in-house courier service to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for perishable frozen goods.

  • Delivery Time: We deliver within one hour in New Cairo and Central Cairo, and for the rest of Cairo and Giza, we deliver within 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer a single, flat-rate fee for all deliveries within our service area.

  • Flat-Rate Delivery Fee: 30 EGP.

4. Delivery Confirmation and Product Integrity

Due to the sensitive nature of frozen products, your presence or a designated receiver's presence is required to accept the delivery.

  • **Immediate Freezer Requirement:** To maintain the integrity of your products, we strongly recommend that you **immediately place all frozen items in a freezer** upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for spoilage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
  • Our delivery personnel are instructed not to wait for product inspection to ensure prompt service for all customers. Please refer to our Refund Policy for reporting damaged or spoiled goods.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, unforeseen complications can sometimes cause delays.

  • **Inaccessible Location:** If your designated delivery location is inaccessible, we will contact you immediately to determine the best alternate location and/or date to complete the delivery.
  • **Contact:** If a significant delay occurs, a customer service representative will notify you via call or e-mail to provide an updated delivery status.
