Refund & Return Policy

At Cook Mania, we are committed to delivering the highest quality frozen products to your door. Because we sell perishable frozen food items (chicken, beef, and vegetables), we advise our customers to carefully inspect the items once delivered and make sure that the package is well sealed and frozen. If the items were not delivered in proper conditions, then you are allowed to return the item(s) immediately to the delivery person. We accept returns only in case of immediate handing of non-frozen nor well sealed packages.

 

If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at info@cookmania.eg with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
