We offer the "satisfied or refunded" to relieve stress with your order. Our "satisfaction or refund" policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since we received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received.
If you have not received your product within 60 days, it will be refunded automatically.
Service : the cost of the refund will be borne by the customer.
Different types of products cannot be refunded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or medical use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

To make a refund, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Be careful if you return your item, shipping costs will be charged.
There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable) *Books with obvious signs of use.
*CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, tape, or vinyl disc that has been opened.
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to an error on our part. *Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
To obtain a refund, you must send photographic or video evidence to email@example.com. We will inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a number of days.
We are not responsible if you break the product or if you injure yourself with a broken tire (normally this is impossible). Therefore, no refund will be made.
Backdated or pending refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay before the refund is officially announced.
Then contact your bank. Often a period of time is required before the refund is made public.

Individual items (if applicable)
Only items at the current price can be refunded. Unfortunately, items sold are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to replace it with the same article, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com.
Returning the product
If you return the item, the shipping costs will be charged to you and will not be refunded.
